ABOUT ME

Hey, my name is Ewan and I am a London based Visual Effects TD currently working in the Lighting/Lookdev department at Milk VFX. I am a University Of Hertfordshire graduate from the BA Visual Effects course and spend my 'limited, but essential' spare time researching into new and powerful software/tech that I believe can have a large impact on the industry.

 

One of my main focuses from the past year has been USD, which although isn't very new, it is incredibly relevant. I not only explore ways it can improve our pipeline at Milk VFX but also how it can improve my workflow when it comes to personal work. 

 

I tend to view creativity on a technical level and how I can use it as a means to help empower the artists around me to do what they do best without having to worry about what is going on in the background, which is something I intend to explain and inspire others with in this blog.
